This series of gentle flowing movements will help you to connect with your body & mind. They will also help you to release stress, tension & pain. Mindfully focusing on your breathing as well as your movements will help stimulate your blood & energy flow. It will relax & strengthen your body & mind as well as improving your posture, balance & general wellbeing.
The class is suitable for all ages & abilities & is open to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis. Hope to see you tomorrow at 2pm.
