Meditation is an incredibly effective method for alleviating stress & discovering inner tranquillity, particularly during times of pain or hardship. It offers a sanctuary of calm & clarity, helping individuals navigate through challenging situations with greater ease & resilience.
Mind Calm takes place in the studio at Hollyblue House every Friday. It is a simple meditation technique that, with some practice, can give you a place to rest beyond the chatter of thinking. It can enable you to experience peace with what you’re feeling & with what is going on in your life.
The class is free of charge & open to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis.
